Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, and paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Present ideas, campaign strategies, and performance reports confidently to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Analyse campaign results, identify opportunities, and propose improvements.
- Manage project timelines and ensure seamless execution from planning to reporting.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling.
- Ensure all content, visuals, and copies align with brand identity and objectives.
Requirements
1. Tech-Savvy and Adaptive
- Comfortable using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and other digital platforms.
- Quick to learn and navigate new software or dashboards independently.
2. Good Eye for Design and Content
- Understands visual aesthetics and audience preferences.
- Able to evaluate whether visuals and ad copies match campaign goals and brand tone.
3. Understanding of Marketing Fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of marketing funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion).
- Knows how SEO, SEM, and social media work together to drive results.
4. Strong Communication Skills
- Confident in presenting strategies and updates to clients.
- Communicates clearly with internal teams and understands client needs well.
5. Analytical and Data-Driven
- Able to interpret key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate).
- Uses data to guide decisions and suggest actionable improvements.

Additional Requirements
