Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist (Lead Generation)
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to take full ownership of digital acquisition and lead‑generation performance across multiple channels. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and analytical ability.

Responsibilities
- Lead‑generation Campaign Management – Plan, execute, manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and other digital channels; continuously improve CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS and overall conversion performance; develop campaign structures, targeting strategies and A/B testing plans.
2. Funnel Management
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose solutions to increase conversion rates.
- Work with internal teams to align lead flow, follow‑up and tracking.
3. Tracking, Measurement & Analytics
- Set up and manage tracking systems including UTM parameters, analytics tools, pixel/event tracking; ensure every lead has a properly tagged source for accurate attribution.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
4. Strategic Planning
- Propose data‑driven strategies to increase lead volume and improve quality.
- Identify new channels, audience segments and creative opportunities.
- Provide monthly recommendations based on trends, benchmarks and performance data.
5. Creative & Content Direction
- Guide internal teams or agencies on ad creatives, copywriting and content formats.
- Conduct structured A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
- Collaborate with operations/sales teams, content/creative teams and technical or product teams to ensure smooth alignment between marketing, follow‑up and customer flow.

Requirements
Must‑Have
- 3–5 years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in running high‑volume lead‑generation campaigns.
- Strong hands‑on skills in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical ability with comfort in dashboards, data and KPIs.
- Experience with UTM frameworks, tracking systems and conversion attribution.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems and execute quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead‑management systems.
Added Advantage
- Experience with WhatsApp automation, retargeting funnels or multi‑touch journeys.
- Understanding of online‑to‑offline lead attribution.
- Ability to scale budgets while maintaining healthy CPL/CPA.
