We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our marketing goals through innovative and effective digital strategies.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across various platforms to enhance company’s branding. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. You will also play a key role in delivering clear, compelling communication to engage our audience, both internally and externally, and enhance our brand presence.

  • Execute and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Manage and enhance digital platforms, including website (CMS), intranet, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Lead website content updates, link management, page creation, and work closely with design/IT teams to ensure backend integrity.
  • Optimize website SEO and structure through regular audits and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee social media calendars and content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to ensure alignment with campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc., and present monthly insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support and execute brand strategies to strengthen our market position and enhance brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistent, positive brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications to enhance corporate identity and mission across the region.
  • Support company’s public relations activities, including media relations and press releases.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive brand awareness.
  • Provide support to promote company’s commitment towards sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) green initiatives.
  • Support preparation of internal newsletters and editorial calendars when necessary.
  • Act as the administrator of company’s marketing automation tool to manage the usage in the region and ensure usage optimization.
  • Provide support on company’s customer retention project.
  • Provide analytics reports on digital KPIs for monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the department/team manager to support the company's / division’s operations and activities to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Management, or a related field.
  • Min 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or corporate communications.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong command of CMS (e.g., Kentico, WordPress, Contentstack).
  • Proficient in digital tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms (Ahrefs), will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Highly initiative, meticulous, resourceful, creative and a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic creative tools (e.g., Canva).
