Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in property marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.

Strong knowledge of social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok).

Experience in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design/video editing is an added advantage.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage (for buyer communication).

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property launches, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage social media content creation, posting schedules, engagement, and community growth.
  • Work closely with agencies and in‑house creative team to produce high‑quality marketing collaterals (videos, brochures, captions, landing pages).
  • Handle lead generation funnels and monitor lead quality from all online platforms.
  • Track and report performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing for cost‑per‑lead and conversion.
  • Conduct market research on competitor projects within the area and identify trends, buyer behaviour, and opportunities.
  • Support on‑ground marketing activities, events, roadshows, sales gallery promotions, and photography/videography sessions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management review.
  • Assist the sales team with marketing materials, digital tools, and promotion updates.
  • Maintain and update project information across all marketing channels.
