Senior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive

Heng Sheng Hardware Sdn Bhd has been a trusted name in the hardware industry for over 28 years, known for reliable service and quality products. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to lead our online growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities
SEO / GEO / AEO Management

Plan and manage SEO strategies to improve Google rankings and visibility for hardware and building materials.

Monitor keyword performance and optimize content for better local and voice search results.

E-Commerce Operations

Manage daily online store activities such as product listing, pricing, promotions, and customer inquiries.

Ensure product information and images are accurate, updated, and optimized for better search visibility.

Run online ad campaigns (Google, Meta) with the Newpages Marketing team to increase traffic and sales.

Track and improve campaign performance to achieve higher ROI and conversions.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare monthly reports on SEO, website traffic, and campaign results.

Use data insights to suggest ways to improve online performance and sales.

Content & Social Media Coordination

Plan and schedule posts across social media (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, etc.) and website.

Keep all online content and branding consistent and engaging.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or e-commerce.

Good understanding of SEO tools, Google Business, and e-commerce platforms.

Able to analyze data and make improvements based on results.

Independent, proactive, and able to work well with external partners.

Proficient in English and Mandarin (preferred for Chinese-speaking content and customers).
