As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will manage budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email, and Display.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to management.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively and allocate spend across channels based on performance data.
  • Conduct A/B testing and use data to optimize creative assets and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Product, Content, CRM) and external agencies.
  • Maintain tracking, analytics, and attribution accuracy through GA4 and related tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Mentor junior marketers and foster a results-driven team environment.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), tag management, and data interpretation.
  • Skilled in using spreadsheets and dashboards for campaign analysis.
