A leading cloud computing company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Kuala Lumpur headquarters. The successful candidate will ensure high availability and performance across decentralized systems, manage faults, and collaborate with various teams to optimize operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, along with experience in cloud environments. Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and maintenance development in a cloud computing or AI-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Management experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and respond to faults in the production system.
• Continuously monitor and review system architecture and performance.
• Coordinate with the business team to resolve operational issues.
• Respond promptly to production failures and coordinate resolution.
• Organize teams to collaboratively resolve problems.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement in operations and implement changes.
