Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Assist in-house data center & cloud infrastructure mgr to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Design and implement automated workflows within the ERP system to streamline financial reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize DevOps workflows.

Software Development & Code Contribution

• Review and optimize code for performance, security, and scalability.
• Assist development teams in debugging and resolving complex technical issues.

Project & Task Management

• Use ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, or similar tools to track tasks, sprints, and project milestones.
• Monitor in-house and outsourced vendor projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Implement Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies to streamline workflows.
• Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Apply ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP principles to enhance IT service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices (ISO 27001).
• Continuously improve DevOps and development processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering with leadership experience.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong experience with task management tools (ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience managing outsourced vendor teams is a plus.
• Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP, ITIL, or PRINCE2.
• Background in microservices architecture & serverless computing.
