Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) is looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Senior Designer. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing design projects, creating original illustrations and infographics and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Generate fresh concepts.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
• Increase user friendliness in digital marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing materials.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of completed design projects.
• Hands‑on experience with image editing software, e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Proficient in design software (InDesign, Balsamiq).
• Strong aesthetic skills with ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts.
• Attention to visual details and ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
• Understanding of Higher Education Marketing is an additional advantage.
