Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or related field.
• Experience in animal feed, animal nutrition, agriculture or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on production-planning experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting using statistical methods.
• Monitor and diagnose forecast performance inaccuracies.
• Coordinate with sales to consolidate forecasts.
