A global energy company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a People Insights & Analytics Data Science Lead to champion the use of people data and advanced methodologies. The role involves driving decision-making through insights across various teams and developing predictive models. The People Insights & Analytics Data Science Lead will champion the use of people data and advanced data science methodologies to drive decision-making at all levels within bp.
As part of the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights and solutions to support bp's strategic objectives.
You will be a committed Data Scientist with a curious mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and eager to experiment with innovative approaches. Your strong background in analyzing and interpreting data to develop actionable insights and test hypotheses will be key to your success. With a remit that extends beyond PC&C to partners across Communications & External Advocacy (C&EA), Ethics & Compliance (E&C), and Safety & Operations (S&O), you’ll need deep people analytics expertise, and exceptional storytelling skills.
