What you’ll do

We’re looking for someone who can be counted on to solve business problems with data, from framing the question to delivering actionable insights. You’ll work with raw datasets to build clean, reliable data pipelines, conduct deep-dive analyses, and deliver dashboards and models that drive decision-making.

You’ll also play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders — translating questions into analysis plans, challenging assumptions, and communicating insights that inspire action.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re the kind of person who questions assumptions, double-checks data quality, and believes that how you communicate insights is just as important as the insights themselves.

Your journey at Lendela

Month 1–2:

• Familiarize yourself with Lendela’s data infrastructure, business processes, and existing analytics ecosystem.
• Take over ownership of selected data assets or dashboards.
• Begin supporting business teams with analytical solutions and performance insights.

Month 3–5:

• Lead key analytical projects end-to-end — from scoping to delivery.
• Contribute to strategy discussions by framing hypotheses, identifying relevant data, and presenting findings clearly.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to improve data reliability and analytical processes.

Month 6 onwards:

• Take full ownership of complex, cross-functional data projects.
• Act as a thought partner to stakeholders — proactively identifying opportunities for optimization or experimentation.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape best practices in analytics and data science across the company.
