Job summary

The successful candidate will lead project activities, manage budgets, and coordinate with various stakeholders. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience is required. Strong skills in AutoCAD and project management are essential, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in construction and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage project activities including execution and maintenance.
• Plan and prepare budget sheet and costing of ACMV system.
• Liaise with consultants and clients on work execution.
• Monitor project execution schedule and deliverables.
• Lead junior engineers for project execution.
• Ensure compliance of M&E design and specifications.
• Report project work progress and prepare management reports.
