Oracle Malaysia seeks experienced project and program managers for its Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team. You will lead end-to-end data center construction and network programs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple sites, while aligning with design, engineering, and operations to achieve scalable, sustainable facilities for Oracle Cloud

Formación

• 5+ years of Project management experience in delivery of data center construction, cabling, compute, networking, and AI infrastructure projects.
• At least 10 years of Program/Portfolio management experience.
• PMP/ITIL v3 or equivalent certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for fast-paced construction environments.
• Experience leading diverse teams of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies and program-level requirements for construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Be the end-to-end TPM leader across multiple sites, coordinating with principal TPMs.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects.
• Partner with design and construction teams to ensure coordination before contracting.
• Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure project success.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monitor financial constraints.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and ensure quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
