Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia is seeking a seasoned software/data engineer to design and deliver scalable data processing solutions using Python and Databricks, supporting a premium German OEM's Asia region.

You will build data pipelines, expose analytics via FastAPI, and collaborate across analysts and product teams while deploying on Azure and upholding code quality. Mentoring junior engineers and shaping architecture are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/data engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience developing APIs with FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline design.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
