Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia is hiring a Senior Data/Software Engineer to develop a scalable data planning and analytics platform for a premium German OEM in the Asia region. You will design data pipelines, build REST APIs with FastAPI, optimize SQL models, and deploy on Azure while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in data engineering, hands-on Databricks expertise, and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/data engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience developing APIs with FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline design.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
