Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join the Global Quality and EHS department. You will collect, analyze, and interpret quality and EHS data to drive actionable improvements in product reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Total Quality Management systems, Power BI, and SharePoint, plus strong statistical analytics and communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a data analytics role.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint for data analyses and enterprise-level information development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from multiple sources including quality management systems and production databases.
• Develop, maintain dashboards and metrics for Quality and EHS indicators.
• Design analytics projects using Power BI and integrate with analytics platforms.
• Prepare executive-level reports and lead stakeholder review meetings.
