Functional (job Responsibilities)

• Collate, report, and analyze large data sets from traditional and digital sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide data-driven management insights.
• Validate data and reports periodically for accuracy.
• Define, create, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support overall business strategy.
• Support business owners by identifying and driving efficiency in regular tasks through automation and process streamlining.

Requirements

Education/Qualification:

• A degree in statistics, economics, behavioral or social science, or related quantitative or qualitative fields is preferred.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience with dashboarding, compiling management reports, and Management Information System (MIS) data pulling.
• Ability to automate reporting processes as needed by the team and the company.
• Must have experience in writing ProgreSQL; previous experience with Tableau and Python is an added advantage.
• Independent and experienced troubleshooter capable of identifying and proposing solutions to issues/problems.
• Proactive and curious with a strong sense of independence and self‑reliance in finding solutions.
• Must have worked on the client/business side with a good understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L), business impacts, and strong business acumen to drive business strategies. Candidates with a pure agency background are not preferred.
