We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in data visualization and cloud technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large datasets, building insightful dashboards, and leveraging AWS services for data management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Perform data modeling, cleaning, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize AWS services (such as Redshift, Athena, Glue, S3, QuickSight) to manage, process, and analyze data.
• Develop automated reporting processes and optimize data workflows for scalability.
• Monitor and ensure data integrity and security compliance within AWS environments.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with AWS analytics and data services (Redshift, S3, Athena, Glue, QuickSight).
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals.
• Exposure to data governance and security best practices on cloud platforms.
