Watsons Lotus Gate Penang is seeking a Senior Customer Assistant to uphold a high standard of friendly, professional customer service and to ensure smooth daily shop operations.

You will manage stock levels, assist customers at the cashier, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills, are required.
