Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Senior Customer Assistant for Desa Aman Puri. You will deliver friendly customer service, manage stock levels, operate as cashier, and promote the Watsons VIP loyalty card. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English is required, with Malaysian citizenship preferred.

The role requires a pleasant, energetic personality, strong communication, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an asset.

Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.

Efficient organization and operation of the shop.

Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.

Education & Experience:

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.

Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.

Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
