Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is recruiting a Senior Customer Assistant for the Times Square outlet in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver professional customer service, manage stock levels, and promote Watson’s VIP membership, while upholding store standards and selling techniques.

The role requires a friendly personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and a Diploma/Certificate or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
