Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Project Manager (CSA - Roof & Facade) for Senai, Johor, to lead complex industrial construction programmes. The role emphasizes governance, safety, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination across consultants, clients, and contractors.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of CSA experience in industrial sectors, strong leadership, and excellent English communication to drive project outcomes and team performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in managing CSA related (roof and facade) in Industrial / Semiconductor / Advanced Manufacturing construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers for smooth project delivery.
• Manage project reporting, schedules and documentation using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Oversee procurement of consultants, bids, contracts, and ensure governance compliance.
• Foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and maintain alignment with project objectives.
