The Role

As a Senior Marketing Associate at SEEK you’ll be part of a fast‑paced and supportive environment where you can make a real difference. You’ll work on complex challenges that have a direct impact on people’s lives, helping us evolve our business and reach new heights.

This role reports into the Marketing Manager – Customer Lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement for the B2B hirer segment across APAC by designing multi‑channel journey experiences (email and other social channels such as WhatsApp and Viber) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms such as Bird.com.

This is a regional role that works closely with local country teams to support local market campaigns as well as cross‑functional teams in regional business operations, Product and Commercial.

The Team

The APAC Customer Engagement team has 14 members across three functions: Customer Engagement, Platform Operations and Planning. This team is part of the broader APAC Marketing function which has approximately 160 people across 8 markets. In this role you’ll contribute to wider marketing and cross‑functional working groups. This role has no direct reports.

Job Description
  • Day‑to‑day management and execution (build, test and deploy) of campaign activity (BAU/Mass/Solus and end‑to‑end Journey program)
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the journey roadmap development
  • Help develop and implement the customer journey strategy across our 8 APAC markets with a key focus on the hirer segment
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with marketing colleagues and various business stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of effective campaign activity, keeping the customer front and centre and solving for their pain points while driving business objectives.
  • Use data insights to inform journey optimisations and proactively share those insights with stakeholders
  • Manage the briefing process from start to end and collaborate with stakeholders, the creative services team and internal platform operations to build automations that accelerate and unify journeys across all APAC markets
  • Bring a problem‑solving and proactive mindset to the team
Qualifications
  • Expertise in Salesforce and its Marketing Cloud modules
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Marketing automation software
  • Expertise in creating complex customer journeys from end‑to‑end
  • Understanding of marketing principles (segmentation, journeys, programmatic and paid media, and site tagging)
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects, priorities and resources to deliver business outcomes
  • Proven ability to communicate well with all areas and levels of an organisation
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with SQL (query studio module). HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
Other Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • MarTech, especially Google Analytics and CDP platforms
  • Expertise in offer management and customer loyalty strategies
  • Understanding of marketing reporting tools (Datorama, Tableau or Supermetrics)
  • Understanding of AMPscript, JavaScript and other relevant coding languages desirable
  • Vendor certification desired (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification preferred)
  • Experience working with 3rd‑party vendors (app‑exchange partners) to build custom flows using APIs to enable bi‑directional data flow desirable
  • Demonstrable project management skills with knowledge of tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence desirable
