Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Account Receivables (AR) transaction processing effectively and efficiently.
- Handle tenants’ (AR) collections in a shopping mall, including calling/meeting various tenants everyday.
- Monitor AR Aging to keep outstanding amounts at a very minimal level.
- Handle all office administrative functions and activities, including raising purchase orders and payment requisitions in a timely manner.
- Provide clerical support in daily operations such as data entry, filing documents, updating records, responding to emails and liaising with suppliers.
- Prepare and send payment reminders to tenants.
- Prepare weekly and monthly credit control reports.
- Ensure collection and proper recording for payments received.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent with the ability to communicate well in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Independent, result-oriented, and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
