Your Role:
The Senior Creative Designer/Creative Lead drives ServAuto’s brand expression across digital and retail touchpoints. This role leads visual identity, retail/booth/POSM design, product packaging, and campaign key visuals while ensuring nationwide brand consistency. The position collaborates closely with marketing, content, and vendors, manages creative timelines, and guides junior designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand execution.
Job Responsibilities
Branding & Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve ServAuto’s brand identity system (logos, colors, fonts, tone).
- Develop and manage brand guideline decks for internal and partner use.
- Design visual systems for partner collaborations (workshops, TikTok Shop, co-branded outlets, etc.).
- Ensure all creative materials, both online and offline — align with ServAuto’s brand direction.
Retail, Booth & POSM Design
- Lead design for retail branding and POSM materials — posters, buntings, standees, shelf talkers, counter toppers, and more.
- Create event and booth visuals — backdrops, product displays and more.
- Adapt designs for partner workshops and retail locations to ensure brand consistency nationwide.
- Work closely with printers, vendors, and installers to ensure accurate color, quality, and timely execution.
Product & Packaging Design
- Design and adapt packaging for ServAuto’s product range (tint boxes, dashcams, car mats,
- Create stickers, labels, inserts, sleeves, and instruction cards.
- Develop co-branded or campaign-based packaging with partners when needed.
Digital Marketing & Content Support
- Design key visuals for social media, websites, marketplaces like Shopee/TikTok, and ecatalogues.
- Create interactive flipbooks or digital brochures for product marketing and B2B sharing.
- Support content and affiliate campaigns with strong key visuals and design consistency.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and video teams to align creative output with
- Manage design timelines, priorities, and revisions.
- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers.
Video & Motion (Bonus)
- Perform light video editing or motion graphics for TikTok, Reels, or LED screens.
- Create simple animations or text overlays for campaign storytelling.
- Collaborate with videographers to ensure unified ServAuto visual standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
- 5 years and above experience in retail, agency, or automotive industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; video tools are a plus.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
- Familiar with print production, materials, and installation processes.
