The Responsibilities:
- To design, execute, adapt visuals according to the brief from various stakeholders.
- Have a strong knowledge in design including typography, layout, colour combinations and art direction.
- Work closely with marketing, branding team and various stakeholders throughout the entire plan cycle, from ideation/conceptualisation to strategy to execution to final output.
- Provide leadership and mentoring junior designer with good guidance, feedback, and direction.
- To keep up with design trends and stay up-to-date with current demographics behaviour.
- Understanding art direction and translating brief to visual
The Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a multimedia or advertising environment
- Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc) and Mac
- Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development for advertising.
- Knowledge about design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction
- Experience with motion graphics, photography and video production.
- Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Successful track record of managing multiple Creative assignments.
- Strong team player & effective team building skills.
- Understanding of digital is an advantage.
