About the opportunity

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• While leads are provided, you will be expected to:
• Have the ability to sell on the phone as second nature.
• Be relentless in researching, reaching out to, and speaking to the right decision-makers in a business.
• Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
• Meet requirements in documentation accuracy, partner approval, and systems processing.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in an organized fashion.
• A knack for objection handling, persuasiveness, instilling urgency, and acting in a fast-paced fashion.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• As this is a 100% telesales role, the incumbent must be comfortable making outbound calls via digital communication tools and be on the phone over extended periods of time.
• Able to communicate in English effectively; fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) is an advantage.
• Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is a plus.
• Comfortable working with online business tools such as Google applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
• A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, team player, and willing to learn.
