Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in pre-and post-contract/commercial/legal management.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating various types of contractual/legal documents.
• Previous experience in railway or construction projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage extension of time and cost claims for projects.
• Provide post-contract advice based on contractual provisions and applicable laws.
• Assist in Project Close-Out and warranty management.
• Liaise with Legal Department on disputes.
