An international construction consultancy based in Johor Bahru is seeking a Supply Chain Management professional to manage the Contract Procurement Plan and oversee project vendor performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in contract and cost management, preferably in data center construction, along with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills. This role emphasizes effective documentation management and support for claims and dispute resolution, contributing to a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Contract Management, Cost Management or Cost Engineering project environment.
  • Prior experience in data center construction.
  • Ability to work with Cost Managers and report out to senior management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards including ASPE, CSI, AACEI, SCEA, RICS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Contract Procurement Plan and report on performance.
  • Work closely with the Project on-site team for document management.
  • Provide contract review on change orders and handle insurance management.
  • Support the claims management process and manage the Dispute Resolution Process.
