Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in quantity surveying works for Assistant Manager.
• At least 9 years of experience in quantity surveying works for Manager.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions including detailed documentation.
• Conduct cost estimating and pricing based on market rates.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries effectively.
• Handle tender clarifications and propose value engineering solutions.
