Responsibilities

• Prepare letter of award, taking off quantities, claims, certificates of payments, cost analysis, variation orders, final account and etc.
• Work out quotation and costing of projects
• Resolving contractual disputes, contract claims and others
• Conduct site survey and measurement work
• Manage and supervise day to day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule
