Qualifications

• At least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Able to speak in Malay/English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of projects' forecast budgets.
• Preparation of Sub-Contractors' awards by executing tendering progress.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims and Sub-Contractors' Interim Certificates.
• Monitoring material quantity within budgets.
• Monitoring construction site progress and liaising closely with site personnel.
• Liaison with respective sub-contractors, consultants, and Authority.
