Job summary

A leading real estate investment trust in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive to assist with competitive bidding and project management. The role involves evaluating contractor bids, minimizing value variations, and leading a team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential. An ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.
• Experience in a consultancy firm or property developer managing property investment project is an added advantage.
