Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in property development or construction.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver assignments within tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity taking-off and measurements for pre-contract and post-contract works.
• Assist in tender processes and evaluate submissions.
• Evaluate and process contractors’ interim and final progress claims.
• Liaise with the project/site team on project progress and cost control.
