We’re looking for a Senior Contract Manager to lead the full spectrum of feasibility analysis and tender management for both property development and construction projects. The role involves evaluating, preparing and managing all tenders and feasibility studies to ensure cost efficiency and strategic project outcomes.

Job Description
Feasibility

Evaluate property development opportunities, viability and profitability.

Compile and analyse comparable data for land transactions, selling prices, and market trends.

Estimate the market value of land, buildings, and properties to assist management in maximizing returns from development, sales, or rental.

Stay informed on market movements, construction trends, and competitor developments.

Prepare and present feasibility proposals and reports for management review and decision‑making.

Tender Management

Lead and manage all tender exercises.

Prepare comprehensive tender documents including Bills of Quantities (BQ), specifications, and cost estimates.

Oversee compilation, pricing, submission, and follow‑up of tenders to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Identify and coordinate value engineering and cost optimisation opportunities during design and tender stages.

Prepare interim certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.

Ensure all tendering processes comply with company policies, ISO standards, and PQP requirements.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in business development, contract management, construction management, or quantity surveying within the construction or property development industry.
