What you\'ll be doing?

Manage QS activities: Oversee all QS activities from project initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Propose project requirements: Develop preliminary proposals for project needs, setting the foundation for successful project execution.

Prepare cost breakdowns: Create detailed cost breakdowns, aiding in transparent budgeting and financial planning.

Manage tenders: Handle project tenders, ensuring competitive pricing and selection of the best contractors.

Coordinate with stakeholders: Attend meetings, negotiate with clients and contractors, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Who are they looking for?

Qualifications: Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Experience in the stainless steel or metal industry is a plus.

Language skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin-speaking ability is essential for interacting with Chinese clients.
