Job description

Senior Contract Executive / Contract Executive (QS)

Develop and enforce practical contract terms based on site insights and method statements (MS/ITP) to ensure site accountability and defect prevention.

Validate subcontractor claims and ensure enforcement of scope checks and deduction clauses.

Conduct random audits and collaborate with site PICs to confirm contract enforcement and operational feedback loops.

Perform detailed cost analysis of actual project components (labour cost by man-days, material, equipment usage and mobilization) and ensure accurate cost tracking.

Maintain and update the costing database to support data-driven rate negotiation and project cost optimization.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract award across multiple trades, specialising in high-rise projects.

Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation.

Able to work independently, manage follow-ups, and maintain clear audit trails of contractual correspondence.

Experience in cost breakdowns, value engineering, or subcontract negotiation is an added advantage.

Comfortable interacting with both site and commercial teams, with a willingness to learn site operations (briefings provided where needed).
