Qualifications

• 15 years in construction contract management, including 10 years as lead manager.
• Experience on international infrastructure projects, especially FIDIC Red and Yellow Book.
• 2 years of experience outside home country required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for payments, variations, and claims.
• Assist TL in reviewing contractual submittals during mobilization.
• Examine and resolve contractor claims and disputes.
• Monitor compliance with labor and tax laws.
