Job summary

Westernacher Consulting in Malaysia seeks a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to lead strategic SAP transformation programs and drive successful project delivery across local, regional, and global engagements.

You will gather requirements, design scalable supply chain planning solutions, and manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC while guiding SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Expert in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Time-Series Planning, OBP, and IO.
• Strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and CI-DS/RTI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IBP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and design scalable supply chain planning solutions.
• Configure and optimize IBP modules: DP, Time-Series, OBP, IO.
• Manage integrations with CI-DS and RTI for S/4HANA/ECC; oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live.
• Provide expert troubleshooting, production support, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to IBP best practices.

What You'll Do:

• Lead SAP IBP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects
• Gather business requirements and design scalable supply chain planning solutions
• Configure and optimize:
  • IBP Demand Planning
  • Time-Series Supply Planning
  • Order-Based Planning (OBP)
  • Inventory Optimization (IO)
• Manage integrations using CI-DS and Real-Time Integration (RTI) with SAP S/4HANA/ECCDrive SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, production support, and stakeholder engagement
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP IBP best practices

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience

• SAP IBP Demand Planning
• SAP IBP Time-Series Supply Planning
• SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP)
• SAP CI-DS Integration
• SAP IBP RTI

Exposure to SAP IBP Inventory Optimization (IO)

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA/ECC integrations

• 4+ end-to-end SAP IBP implementations
• SAP IBP and S/4HANA integration experience
• Global supply chain transformation project exposure
• Agile project delivery experience
