About the role

As a Senior Consultant at BKASIAPACIFIC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing complex construction projects in both locally and internationally. This full-time position will leverage your extensive experience in contracts management within the construction industry to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What you'll be doing

• Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide range of construction contracts and agreements
• Providing expert advice and guidance on contractual obligations, risks and mitigation strategies
• Overseeing contract administration, monitoring project progress and identifying issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
• Mentoring and training junior members of the contracts management team

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in related consulting and/or contracting firm/s preferably with commercial and contract administration/management experience
• For Planning/Delay Consultant, experience in EOT claims, project planning, delay analysis, drafting related reports, use of Primavera P6, MS Projects and/or other planning software are prerequisites.
• For Cost/Quantum Consultant, experience in cost and contract administration/management, use of BQ related software/s added advantage.
• Those interested in Expert (Quantum/Delay) related works and wish to further his/her career in rendering expert services are encouraged to apply.
