Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Klang, Selangor invites an experienced Construction Lead to manage AWS project sites, ensuring safety, quality and on-schedule delivery. You will coordinate with AWS, contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve site issues and optimize resources.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 3–5 years of construction experience with 1–2 years in site leadership, and excellent planning,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
3–5 years of construction experience with at least 1–2 years in a site leadership role.
Experience managing multi-site industrial, infrastructure, utility, or data center projects.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Company’s construction activities across the AWS project sites.
Ensure project execution is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
Act as the primary construction focal point between Company, AWS, General Contractor, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress and implement recovery actions where necessary to maintain schedule.
Ensure compliance with Company’s Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management Systems and AWS site requirements.
Drive productivity, quality, and safety performance across all assigned project sites.
Support project reporting, forecasting, risk management, and project close-out activities.
Assist in various ad-hoc project requirements assigned by Project Manager.
