• Ample knowledge in pre and post contract administration.
• Strong sense in market prices of construction works and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender preparation, including feasibility studies and programme.
• Review and negotiate conditions of contract.
• Establish and manage project budgets and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract specs and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or equivalent
