Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to lead internal audits over regulatory compliance topics across the Bybit Group. You will plan, execute risk-based audits, evaluate controls, and strengthen Bybit’s compliance framework globally.

You will work with the Compliance Audit Director and Internal Audit team to deliver high-quality audits, provide data-driven insights, and offer practical remediation recommendations to reinforce governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of internal audit, compliance audit, AML/CTF, or related risk/compliance roles in financial services or crypto.
• Experience with AML/CTF, sanctions, onboarding/KYC, or regulatory compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency exchange operations, blockchain analytics, or virtual asset compliance is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audit planning and regulatory scanning across Bybit and jurisdictions.
• Perform end-to-end compliance and AML/CTF audits, including control design assessment and testing.
• Draft audit issues, root-cause analysis, and remediation recommendations.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to stakeholders; track remediation progress.
• Stay informed on changes in global AML/CTF regulations and crypto oversight frameworks.
