Qualifications

• 5–8 years of R&D experience in the paints and coatings industry.
• Technical experience in paints, coatings, inks, or construction chemicals.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and test paint and coating systems using resin products.
• Develop application methods and evaluate competitive products.
• Collaborate with sales teams and visit customers for technical solutions.
• Manage application lab operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide presales and after-sales technical support across Southeast Asia.
• Create technical literature and conduct product training.
