Oversee and supervise the pre & post contract department.

Handling the evaluation & preparation of project progression claims and verification of sub-contractor claims

Handling all contractual & commercial issues at site

Responsible for all costing & changes within allocated budget

Preparing contractual claims & changes for verification & certification by superior

Responsible for contract administration based on the condition of the contracts

Making sure processes & documentations are in line with company's ISO

Full involved in tendering process, interviews, evaluation, cost analysis and subsequently awarding of tender & preparation of award letter

Able to calculate the cost of construction for projects tendering based on the tender drawings and documents, cost estimation, bills of quantities, materials sourcing.

Understanding types of contractual agreement & building procurement.

Responsible for site measurement.

Keeping up to date with construction methods and materials.
