Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our Kuala Lumpur team.

You will administer Microsoft 365, monitor hybrid identity architectures, configure Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and support multi-cloud deployments across Azure, AWS, GCP, AliCloud and DigitalOcean. You will manage domain/DNS, SSL operations, and governance policies while developing Power Automate workflows to streamline IT and business processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cloud engineering or IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Entra ID).
• Experience supporting multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, AliCloud, DigitalOcean).
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Troubleshoot hybrid identity and messaging architectures (Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, hybrid Exchange).
• Configure Entra ID, CA, SSO, MFA, and service principals for apps.
• Manage domain services, DNS resolution, and SSL/TLS operations across environments.
• Support information protection, DLP, data governance, and compliance in Microsoft 365.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate IT/business processes.
• Monitor Azure infrastructure, subscriptions, governance, and on-prem hybrid integration.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and collaboration platforms.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hybrid identity and messaging architectures, including Azure AD Connect, Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID integration, and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Manage Application Registrations and Enterprise Applications in Microsoft Entra ID, including API permissions and service principals.
• Support Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Governance, and Compliance configurations in Microsoft 365.
• Manage user identities, groups, roles, and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge sharing for Microsoft collaboration tools.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to support IT and business process automation.

Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Administration

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and platform services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, and SaaS).
• Configure Azure resources to meet performance, security, and business requirements.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, governance policies, and tenant configurations.
• Support hybrid cloud integration between on-premises infrastructure and Azure.
• Monitor system availability and performance using Azure Monitor and logging tools.

Multi-Cloud Administration

• Support and maintain multi-cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and DigitalOcean.

Domain, DNS & SSL Management

• Manage and support domain services and DNS resolution across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificate operations, including configuration, renewal monitoring, and troubleshooting certificate-related technical issues.
• Ensure reliable domain routing and name resolution for enterprise applications and cloud services.

Experience & Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, system administration, or IT infrastructure roles.
• Experience with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Experience supporting multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, AliCloud, DigitalOcean).
• Basic to intermediate experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based enterprise services.

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals ("MS-900") or Microsoft 365 Administrator certifications
  • AWS / GCP certifications are an advantage
