A growing company in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Executive. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring smooth policy renewals, and providing after-sales support. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in client servicing and possesses strong communication skills. A positive attitude and proficiency in Mandarin and English are essential. We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Executive.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth policy renewals, and providing excellent after-sales support.
Follow up with existing clients on upcoming policy renewals and ensure timely completion.
Conduct on-site visits to meet clients, explain terms/conditions, and provide necessary clarifications.
Maintain client records, feedback, and renewal updates accurately. Meet new clients if any.
Ensure customer request are met with professional response in timely manner to create positive feedback and satisfaction.
Work closely with the admin team.
Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen client satisfaction.
Travel for client visits and outstation meetings (travel allowance provided).
Minimum 2-3 years experience in client servicing, insurance, customer relationship management or related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Team player.
Fast reply on WhatsApp, phone and email.
Proficient in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia an advantage).
Comfortable with travelling outstation when required.
