Job summary

Marsh Takaful Brokers in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Business Development professional to identify and close new opportunities, manage key client relationships and support sales initiatives across carriers and partners.

You will build strong networks in the general insurance market, coordinate with internal teams, and help drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional service to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in general insurance broking.
• Experience in business development, sales, client servicing and/or carrier relationship management.
• Strong network within the general insurance market, with existing client and/or carrier relationships preferred.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Development team at Marsh Takaful Brokers. This role will be based in Pavilion Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

We will count on you to:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and existing market relationships
• Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, insurance carriers and other key business partners
• Support sales activities, client meetings, presentations, proposals and business negotiations

What you need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree holder from any field
• 3-7 years of relevant experience, in General Insurance broking industry
• Experience in business development, sales, client servicing and/or carrier relationship management
• Strong network within the general insurance market, with existing client and/or carrier relationships preferred
