• Strong knowledge of local authority submission processes.
• Familiarity with Java and Struts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Section Head with project monitoring and coordination.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and budget targets.
• Handle C&S designs and prepare detailed designs.
• Manage submissions of designs to authorities.
• Lead and mentor team members.
